Blacktown, N.e.w.b.i.a. - has defined boundaries, and defined infrastructures that are generally larger than a village and less larger than a city. The Building of Blacktown, N.e.w.b.i.a. is a cultural movement. The Wealth Generating Technologies Factories (WGTF) will support the building of Blacktown, N.e.w.b.i.a. and the wealth, health and self governance of its communities.
In five years, in five jurisdictions, Blacktown N.e.w.b.i.a. shall have established five “Blacktowns” where the seeds of altruistic cooperativeness shall have been sown as the foundation for an ever-striving community. Through powerful principles of our Alkebulan (African) heritage, that ranges from the tangible to the intangible, these “Blacktowns” will provide meaningful opportunities for inhabitants to establish active relationships among their past, the present, and their future.

With continued attention to expand our Financial base, Political base, Law Enforcement/Court base, Media base, and Educational base, Blacktown New-Beings will be participants on the world stage, positively affecting every field of human endeavor. To boldly function, operate, and thrive for Blackcellence as a collective Natural Person.
No need for Inhabitants to Leave Their Existing Faith/Church or Abandon Their practices
Any church that has a keen interest in its congregation/membership being informed spiritually and in the ways of the society in which they reside, there must be a commitment to connect the two in a meaningful way so that spirituality, religion and society are understood. Humans operate in at least three spheres – spiritual, physical and emotional. Our mind is a muscle. If you don’t engage it, it will be weak. Knowledge isn’t power unless it’s applied. Physical = Body. The saying goes: “True wealth is good health”, and Emotional = Soul. Do the things in life that align with your heart and your deepest desires: Spend quality time with family. Others have suggested that there are seven aspects of life.

Blacktown, N.e.w.b.i.a Church incorporates the belief that so-called traditional churches operate on the basis that what is done on earth is an investment on a life after death. Blacktown, N.e.w.b.i.a Church is grounded in this concept, and it seeks to live out that concept in a nontraditional manner allowing its Inhabitants to remain rooted in their individual existing church or faith-based organization, but also opening the opportunity for them, its Inhabitants, to engage in an experiential, whole life practice around the three principles of self, family and community. The curriculum is built around Three Foundational Pillars reflected in the workshops/seminars that teaches a lifestyle of the three or seven human attributes stated above. There is no long-standing religion that would be inconsistent with what is provided in the Three Foundational Pillars of Blacktown, N.e.w.b.i.a Church. There is no need for Inhabitants to leave their existing faith/church or to abandon their practices. Blacktown, N.e.w.b.i.a Church breaks down denominational walls and opens humans to a life that connects the old with the now and bridges the future, so that the heavy blanket of dogma do not continue to divide individuals, families and communities.
Ourstorical Record
The world is what some of us wish it should not be. It is also what some of us wish it could be. Before the end of the day, we are all the better when we see ourselves in others who look, think and believe like us. In 2021 Blacktown, N.e.w.b.i.a. gave Naissance, (Birth, Berth) to Economic Wealth Between Indigenous Aboriginal inhabitants. Too long our commonality has been made a common divide from which we are oriented to operate separately, albeit still defined by others from our past, our common culture and our common heritage.
Blacktown, N.e.w.b.i.a. has adopted “PowerNomics ” as its formula for the next 125 years to build virtual and physical infrastructures as a collective to represent our Natural Personhood under our own jurisdiction. Now is the time for us to stick together even when the glue that holds us together fails. Some organizations/movements have achieved much success while others have made minimal accomplishments and while others still struggle. The time to struggle has long passed. “NOW” is the time for us to be strategically successful Financially, Spiritually, and Culturally.
